By accessing the site or completing a registration, you agree to these terms and any event-specific conditions shown at checkout.
About the services
ACHWIT publishes institutional information and operates event experiences including registration, payments, invitations, allocations, QR credentials, attendance and certificates. Features available for a given conference are defined by the event organisers.
Accounts and accurate information
You must provide accurate registration details and keep contact information current. You are responsible for safeguarding confirmation emails, portal links and QR credentials issued to you. Misuse of credentials may result in revocation without refund where abuse is established.
Acceptable use
You must not attempt unauthorised access to systems or data, interfere with other participants, scrape the platform in a way that degrades service, or use ACHWIT services for unlawful purposes. The Code of conduct applies to all ACHWIT events.
Intellectual property
ACHWIT names, logos, programme materials and website content remain the property of ACHWIT or its licensors. Event materials may be shared only as permitted by the organisers.
Payments
Fees, currencies and payment methods are set per event. Successful payment (or approved waiver) is required before confirmation where an event requires payment. Bank transfers remain pending until finance verification.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, ACHWIT is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or event platform. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Changes and governing context
