Why we process data
We process personal data to manage conference registration and waitlists, process payments and refunds, issue badges and certificates, communicate programme updates, meet legal and audit obligations, and improve service delivery. Where required, we rely on your consent, performance of a contract, or legitimate interests aligned with ACHWIT’s public-interest mandate.
Sharing
Data may be shared with ACHWIT personnel and authorised operators, payment gateways, email/SMS providers, and co-hosts or venue partners when necessary to deliver an event. We do not sell personal data.
Retention
Registration, payment and certificate records are retained for operational, financial and verification periods appropriate to each event and applicable law. Attendance and credential data may be archived after close-out.
Your rights

Security
We apply administrative and technical controls appropriate to the sensitivity of conference and payment data. No method of transmission over the Internet is fully secure; please protect your portal links and confirmation emails.
