About this convening
The African Centre for Health Workforce Initiative and Transformation (ACHWIT) convenes ministries, regulators, academia, professional associations and development partners to align policy and accelerate workforce action.
Building on the 2026 Stakeholders Convention and progress reviews at Afya House, this dialogue advances HRH strategic planning, competency-based education, ethical mobility frameworks aligned with the WHO Global Code, and workforce wellbeing.
